INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis police arrested a suspect Thursday in connection with the April 9 murder of a man on the east side.
IMPD's violent crime unit took 43-year-old Curtis Foster, of Indianapolis, into custody around 11 p.m. Thursday on charges of murder in the fatal shooting of 48-year-old Jerome Warren .
Warren was killed April 9 on the 5600 block of East 20th Street. Police said they believe the shooting stemmed from an ongoing argument between the two men.
Detectives said an anonymous tip led them to Foster.
