INDIANAPOLIS -- The suspect in a 2014 quadruple murder has rejected the plea deal previously offered by the prosecution.

Kenneth Rackemann officially rejected the deal in a hearing Friday morning.

The prosecutors will now seek the death penalty for him.

Authorities say Rackemann was the primary triggerman in a Feb. 20, 2014 attack that left four people dead.

In April 2014, a judge ruled that Rackemann wouldn't be allowed to get married while in prison.
