INDIANAPOLIS - Suspended Indianapolis police Officer David Bisard is now in jail in Fort Wayne.
Bisard was moved from the Marion County Jail to the Allen County Jail just after noon Monday.
Bisard is set to face a judge there Thursday as prosecutors ask his bond be revoked in the 2010 crash in which he struck a group of motorcyclists stopped at a light, killing one.
Prosecutors contend that Bisard was drunk in the 2010 crash, and argue that he should be held without bond after his arrest on a drunken driving charge last month.
Bisard's trial in the 2010 incident in set for October.
