INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis police are investigating after an 18-year-old claimed he was raped by his friend's boyfriend.

The teen told police he was hanging out with friends in a home in the 1300 block of East Minnesota Street on Tuesday night when someone gave him a hand-rolled cigarette.

The teen, who said he had tried his friend's homemade cigarettes before, smoked it and told police he began to feel dizzy a short time later.

The teen told police the last thing he remembers is walking down the back steps of the home just after midnight.

At 6 a.m., he woke up near the corner of Minnesota and Linden streets, the teen said.

Later that day, one of the 18-year-old's friends came over and said that another boy who had been at the party was bragging that he had raped him.

"You don't have to worry about him anymore," the friend quoted the other teen as saying.

The 18-year-old said he knew the other teen as the boyfriend of one of his female friends.

A few hours later, the teen said he told his mom that he needed to go to the hospital.

The teen told police he did not have any recollection of being assaulted.
