MUNCIE, Ind. -
A Madison County woman whose ex-boyfriend shot and killed her daughter is suing his estate.
Terri Wiles filed a lawsuit against the estate of Roy Parmley, 53, on behalf of herself and her daughter, Amanda, 31.
Parmley tied up both women at a Lapel home and shot Amanda while her mother watched, police said.
Parmley spent several weeks on the run before his body was found in a wooded area last month.
Wiles' attorney said the suit seeks to get as much money from Parmley's estate as possible.
