MUNCIE, Ind. -- There are about 170 homeless people who living in Delaware County – and some of them may be in line for a brand new tiny home.

A non-profit group is planning to build the state's first village of tiny houses for the homeless.

The 96-square-feet houses will have heat and electricity, but no indoor plumbing. The "village" will include a separate community building with a bathroom and shower facilities on one side and a kitchen on the other.
