INDIANAPOLIS -- Some cities offer special attractions like amusement park rides and sunny beaches. Here in Indianapolis, Hoosiers and visitors get events like ghost hunts and a cash bars at the children's museum.

Museum by Moonlight

Thinking of heading to the children’s museum this weekend? You’ll want to leave the kids at home this time for Moonlight at the Museum. This 21 and older event will feature five floors of exhibits, a cash bar and food samples.

In recognition of Black History Month, the event will offer attendees the opportunity to try a variety of comfort foods and vote on their favorites. Dishes will be prepared by the students of the center's culinary arts program.

Overnight Ghost Investigation

Fans of crime and ghost hunting shows will truly enjoy this one. For one night only you can experience the ghosts of the historic Athenaeum during an overnight ghost investigation. Attendees are welcome to bring cameras, voice recorders and other items they may need to “catch some ghosts.”
