More than a dozen counties in Indiana issued travel advisories, including Boone, Hamilton and Hancock.

All of the counties have been placed under a "yellow" advisory.

A yellow advisory is the lowest level of travel advisory and means that routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas because of a hazardous situation, and people should use caution or avoid those areas.

A little freezing drizzle combined with the snow from Sunday will require some extra travel time. If you are driving and encounter any precipitation, know that there could easily be slick spots.

Several major crashes happened Sunday as the snow thickened across C. Indiana.
