Turkey Hill issued a recall for select packages of it's Dutch Chocolate ice cream that may actually contain Rocky Road ice cream.
The 48-ounce containers affected by the recall may include undeclared ingredients of almonds and eggs and could be harmful to people who have allergies or food sensitivities to those ingredients.
The recalled items are all in containers mislabeled as Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream with a lid correctly reading Rocky Road Premium Ice Cream.
Turkey Hill has requested that stores remove the product from their shelves but they say that for people who are not allergic to almonds or eggs there is no health risk.
The items were sold at stores in several states including Indiana after September 8, 2016.

Sell-by date: May 23, 2017 (Found printed on the bottom of the package)
