INDIANAPOLIS -- RTV6 reporter Katie Heinz got a one-on-one with Sen. Ted Cruz less than 12 hours before polls open in the crucial Indiana primaries.

Cruz said he's been impressed by the civility, common sense and good judgment he's seen from Hoosiers all across the state.

He also said he hopes Hoosiers will put a stop to rival Donald Trump's momentum.
"We're at the edge of a cliff," Cruz said. "We are at the risk of going down a path that I think is incredibly dangerous for this country. And there are millions across this country that are praying for the state of Indiana tonight, for Hoosiers, that they pull us back."
