KOKOMO, Ind. – Kokomo's neighborhoods will take some time to recover from destructive tornadoes that pushed through in late August. But people who live there now have another way to recover.
Although cleaning up debris is still a big project, there’s a new effort on the horizon.
Groups are selling T-shirts to raise money for recovery.
