REYNOLDS, Ind. - A White County man was punched in the face and stabbed in the chest by a masked intruder, police said.
The Reynolds man told police he let his dog out just before 2:30 a.m. Friday, and went into the garage when he heard the dog barking.
That's where he found an intruder dressed in all black and wearing a black facemask.
The man said the intruder punched him in the mouth and stabbed him in the chest before running from the garage and driving away in a gray hatchback.
The victim was taken to an area hospital, where he was treated and released.
Police said they do not have any suspects.
