Woman named suspect in Spring Mill home robbery

Amber Deckard, 25, faces several charges

INDIANAPOLIS - A woman was arrested in connection to a home robbery that happened in October near Meridian Hills Country Club.

Police confirmed Amber Deckard, 25, was taken into custody after police accused her of helping the robbers who broke into a home in the 7000 block of Spring Mill Road on Oct. 24 . Police said the suspects in the incident tied up a couple and assaulted them before ransacking their home.

Deckard faced preliminary charges of assisting a criminal, auto theft and receiving stolen parts, Indianapolis Metro Police said.

Meanwhile, police are still searching for another suspect, Tiawan Lundy , in connection to the incident.
Police said 20-year-old Lundy is 6 feet tall, 145 pounds with hazel eyes and short, black hair. Detectives said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
