INDIANAPOLS - Police are investigating after a woman said she was attacked and robbed in an IUPUI parking garage early Sunday.

The woman, who police called a visitor to campus, said she was struck and knocked to the ground in the Wilson Street Garage at 811 N. Wilson St. just after 5 a.m.

She described her attacked her as a white man in his 50s, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 140 pounds with short or balding hair. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt and dirty blue jeans.

The woman said she did not see a weapon.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asking to call IU Police at 317-274-7911.
