INDIANAPOLIS - A woman was struck and killed while walking along a road on Indianapolis' northwest side Thursday night, police said.
The woman was walking in the 2800 block of Country Club Road when she was struck just before 8 p.m.
The driver told police he didn't see the woman, who was wearing a dark jacket and walking along the side of the narrow road.
The woman's name was not immediately released Thursday night.
