A winning Hoosier Lottery ticket worth $10 million was purchased in northwestern Indiana before Saturday's drawing, lottery officials said early Sunday morning.The winning numbers of 5-10-17-21-23-28 were on a ticket bought at Witham's Sav-A-Stop in Highland, near the Illinois border.The $10 million winner is the second Hoosier Lotto jackpot struck in 2012. A winning ticket was sold at a Shelbyville tobacco store in February.Lottery officials said they will release more details about the latest winner soon.They urged the person who holds the winning ticket to call them at 800-955-6886.
