Police this week arrested a man accused of chatting online with and soliciting sex from a detective pretending to be a girl.
Matthew T. Miller, 22, of Indianapolis, was arrested in Noblesville on Tuesday afternoon, Noblesville police said.
Police said that on Tuesday, Miller, during an online chat, solicited the person he thought was a girl for sexual acts and sent photos of a sexual nature.
Miller arranged to meet the "girl" that day in Noblesville, and when he arrived at the meeting place, detectives took him into custody, police said.
Miller was arrested on preliminary felony charges of child solicitation and dissemination of matter harmful to minors, police said.
