Indiana State Police said Shane McBurnett, 42, of Rochester, had sex with a 15-year-old girl.

ISP Sgt. Tony Slocum said an investigation began in late September.

"He was arrested at his home without incident and incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail," Slocum said.

McBurnett's bond was set at $40,000, and he posted bond, police said.

Rochester is in northern Indiana, about 20 miles north of Logansport.
