Police responded to multiple calls of shots fired in the 3600 block of Forest Manor Avenue Monday night.

When officers arrived, they found the man, who had been shot multiple times.

The man was transported to Wishard Memorial Hospital.

Witnesses said they saw a dark gray, older-model Chevrolet Impala with dark tinted windows speeding away from the area.

Detectives are on the scene investigating.
