A man was critically injured in a shooting outside a Kokomo bar early Friday.Officers were called to the Rock Bottom Grill at 1833 S. Plate St. just before 3 a.m.Witnesses told police that a fight broke out in the parking lot of the bar and that a man was shot in the face.The victim, who was later identified as Debriel Scales, 26, of Kokomo, was taken to Howard Regional Hospital and then airlifted to IU Health Methodist Hospital.He was listed in critical but stable condition Friday afternoon.Durone Parker, 27, of Indianapolis, suffered an injury to his shoulder and was transported to Howard Regional Hospital.No arrests have been made.Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Detective Chad Rodgers at 765-456-7350 or the Kokomo Police Department Hotline at 765-456-7017.
