A Wolcott man was killed when he tried to cross a roadway in rural White County early Monday, police said.The incident happened just before 6:30 a.m. along U.S. 24 near Church Drive.Jonathan Miller, 37, was driving southbound on U.S. 24 when Keith Osborne, 52, walked out into the road, police said.Osborne was taken to IU Health White Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
