McDonald's is trimming its menu after a decline in sales.

The fast food chain announced Thursday it will stop offering its fruit and walnut salad and Chicken Selects. It is also considering getting rid of the Angus Third Pounder.

The move comes after McDonald's reported its first decline in monthly same-store sales in more than nine years in October.

According to the Chicago Tribune, McDonald's could add a McWrap sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grilled or fried chicken and a choice of sauce. The company has also been testing chicken wings.
