A Noblesville gas station owner has been arrested and accused of selling Spice.Police said Kamal Singh, 48, was selling the synthetic drug at his Valero Gas Station at 2995 Conner St.Singh was arrested Thursday and preliminarily charged with four counts of dealing a synthetic cannabinoid, five counts of possession of a synthetic cannabinoid and one count of maintaining a common nuisance.Singh was being held at the Hamilton County Jail.Police said information gathered during the month-long investigation into Singh's business will likely lead to more arrests.
