Two men hurt in separate Sunday AM shootings

INDIANAPOLIS --  Police responded to three shootings that left two people dead and two critically injured early Sunday morning. 

One happened around 3 a.m. on the 3500 block of West 16th Street. Police say they found a man in the parking lot of a gentlemen's club, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Just minutes later, another shooting was reported on the northeast side. It happened near the corner of Stuart Street and 30th Street. That victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. 

Officers found a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle description not far from the shooting scene. Several people were taken into custody. However, no arrests have been made at this point. 

In addition to those shootings, two people were found shot and killed in an SUV on the north side early Sunday morning. They were found around 2:30 a.m. on Shriver Avenue, near 25th Street. The SUV was found on an embankment near I-65.
