Three women suspected of prostitution were arrested Wednesday at a motel in Kokomo, police said.Erica Barnes, 23, of Kokomo, Chelsea Schleicher, 19, and April Wingo, 24, both of Wisconsin, were taken into custody after an investigation by the Kokomo Police Department.Barnes had a warrant and faced prostitution charges. Schleicher and Wingo faced charges of prostitution and marijuana possession, police said.All three women were taken into custody at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center.Police did not release any further details about the events leading up to the arrests.
