Kelly J. Armstrong, 27, was reported missing Tuesday morning. Family members said she had not been seen for about 10 weeks.

On Wednesday, police located Armstrong's live-in boyfriend, Travis Funke, 27. Funke had been on in-home detention out of Marshall County, but had cut off his ankle monitor, police said.

Funke was arrested on a preliminary charge of escape. He was being held at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center.

Armstrong, who lives near County Road East 400 South and County Road South 500 East, was described as white, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 115 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes.
