One man was killed in a hit-and-run motorcycle crash on the citys far southwest side Wednesday night.About 9:30 p.m., Indianapolis Metro Police Department officers were dispatched to the intersection of State Road 37 and Wicker Road on reports of an accident.Witnesses told police a dark-colored pick-up truck pulling a trailer with red and white reflective tape on it was traveling north on S.R. 37 and ran a red light before hitting the motorcycle that was attempting to turn with a green light.After the crash, the truck continued north on S.R. 37, fleeing the scene, police said.An unidentified man driving the motorcycle was seriously injured and rushed to Wishard Memorial Hospital where he later died. An unidentified woman riding the motorcycle was also taken to Wishard with minor injuries and later released.Police asked anyone with information about the vehicle suspected in the hit-and-run crash to call Crime Stoppers at 317-327-8477.
