Kokomo police are investigating the case of a 27-year-old woman who hasn't been seen in several weeks.Kelly J. Armstrong was reported missing Tuesday morning.Police said she lives near County Road East 400 South and County Road South 500 East.Armstrong was described as white, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 115 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes.No other details regarding Armstrong's disappearance were released.Anyone with information is asked to call Capt.
