Police Still Seek 20 In Indy Drug-Ring Probe

A week after authorities announced the arrests of 22 people in connection with an Indianapolis cocaine and crack ring, police on Tuesday said they still are looking for 20 more suspects.

Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana released the names and pictures (see slideshow) of the 20 men authorities believe are connected to group known as the Haughville Syndicate.

Authorities said the west-side Indianapolis group has been dealing drugs, including cocaine, for the past 12 to 15 years. More than 300 law enforcement officers made arrests and served search warrants at 38 locations on Aug. 14, mostly in Indianapolis' Haughville area.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the 20 can call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-8477. Callers may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
