A 41-year-old woman has died after she was struck by an object thrown from a van that then sped off, police said.The woman was walking along West 16th Street on Saturday night when she was struck.Police said the van sped off. It had not been located Monday.The woman was taken to a hospital in critical condition. She was pronounced dead Monday morning.
