INDIANAPOLIS -- Less than 24 hours after Hillary Clinton addressed the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Indianapolis, another presidential candidate paid the Circle City a visit.

Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson told hundreds of mayors at the JW Marriott that when it comes to his candidacy this election cycle … why not?

"So is this the craziest election you've ever seen?" Johnson said. "And here's how crazy this is: I might be the next president of the United States. That's how crazy this is."

Some polls have Johnson at around 10-11 percent support at the moment. Johnson will be on the ballot in all 50 states in November.

Johnson says he and his running mate, another former Republican, former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld, are running on a platform of fiscal conservatism and social liberalism.
