LAKE COUNTY, Ind. -- A Silver Alert has been declared for a missing 69-year-old Lake County man who is believed to be in danger. 

Oscar Wilson is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and 170 pounds with black balding hair and brown eyes. Wilson was last seen around 7 p.m. Wednesday in Crown Point, Indiana and is believed to be in danger. 

Crown Point is approximately 138 miles northwest of Indianapolis. 

Wilson was last seen wearing a baseball cap, black shirt, black pants and possibly a black or beige jacket. 

Wilson may be disoriented and require medical assistance.
