INDIANAPOLIS -

A boom in cyber shopping is putting shipping giant FedEx to the test this holiday season and the company is expecting Monday to be its busiest day.

FedEx company officials say they expect to move 19 million shipments as customers rush to send packages that will arrive in time for Christmas.

FedEx Operations Manager Charles Cain said the profitable shipping day was nicknamed Green Monday.

The deadline for FedEx Ground delivery by Christmas is Dec. 17. Packages sent by Dec 22 using FedEx overnight services will also arrive on time. And for last minute shoppers, FedEx's same day service will be operating on Christmas Day.
