CRANSTON, R.I. -
A husband and wife in Rhode Island are accused of driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped separately in the same night.
Stephanie Souza, 43, of Warwick, was arrested Friday night and her husband, 44-year-old Michael Souza, was arrested on DUI charges less than two hours later.
He was coming to pick his wife up from jail, according to The Associated Press.
Both were arraigned and later released to a family member.
