Visit Grand Canyon with Google 'Street View'

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Google's Street View is getting all wet.

The Internet search giant has taken its Street View imaging technology down the Colorado River  through the Grand Canyon.

Google partnered with the advocacy group American Rivers.

Web surfers can experience 360-degree views of nearly 300 miles of whitewater rapids, towering red canyon walls and geologic history.

The virtual Grand Canyon river trip went online Thursday.

Other Street View "Treks" offered by Google include Venice, Italy, Mt. Fuji, the Great Barrier Reef and more.
