Whether you want to stay on a real dude ranch or in a hotel that offers a floor dedicated to one-hit wonders, Colorado has it. Colorado offers the trendy, city environment in Denver or the Old West feel in Fort Collins.

Drowsy Water Ranch in Granby is a 600-acre dude ranch perfect for families, couples or singles. The room rates include meals, horseback riding for all levels, hiking, cattle work, rafting and nightly entertainment. Guests entire Old West vacation can be right at the ranch.

The Curtis Hotel in Denver is a downtown hotel that features themed floors. Guests are encouraged to choose the floor that suits them best. There is a one hit wonder floor, TV mania, chick flick, dance floor and sci-fi floor to name a few. The modern lobby and library are great to relax at and a 5 and dime store to pick up fun gadgets or retro toys. Stop by the Corner Office Restaurant and Marini Bar and the Oceanaire Seafood Restaurant.

Mountain House Lodge is located in a quiet downtown Aspen neighborhood and is a short walk to shopping, dining and skiing. There is an outdoor hot tub to enjoy after a hard day of skiing.

Black Jack’s Saloon, Steakhouse and Inn in Trinidad is a relaxing Victorian elegance-style inn with an Old West atmosphere. Each room is decorated with antique furniture and period pieces and there’s a Victorian parlor to relax in. Each of the five rooms has a full and private bathroom.

Armstrong Hotel in Fort Collins is a family-run boutique hotel and is the last running historic hotel in Old Town Fort Collins. It offers unique rooms in a casual atmosphere. Wet bars and kitchenettes are offered in some suites.
