You must agree to the rules in order to enter the CHEVY/6 NEWS AT 7:00 GAS CARD WATCH & WIN

1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve the chances of winning. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old to enter and a resident of Indiana. Employees of WRTV, The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.(“The McGraw-Hill Companies”) IB (Internet Broadcasting) and Chevrolet are not eligible (collectively, the "Sponsors").

3. To Enter: Viewers can enter at the CHEVROLET/6 NEWS AT 7:00 GAS WATCH & WIN page on TheIndyChannel.com from June 25, 2008 until 3PM Friday, July 11, 2008. Once you've entered beginning MONDAY, JULY 7 through FRIDAY, JULY 11, one name will be drawn at random each day from all entries submitted on TheIndyChannel.com website. That name will be announced between 7:00pm to 7:30pm during 6 NEWS AT 7:00. The person whose name has been announced then has 6 minutes to call 317-269-1459 to claim the prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any misdirected e-mails or phone calls.

4. Prizes: Each daily winner will receive one $100.00 gas card. Total prize value is $100.00 per winner. Total prize value for all winners: $500.

5. Price Conditions: Prizes are not redeemable for cash or substitutable for any other item by winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value for any prize, for any reason. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees, plus any other incidentals. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form prior to receipt of a prize acknowledging that The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. has the right to publicize his/her name and likeness, the fact that he/she has won the a certain prize and all matters incidental thereto without the payment of any compensation for a period of one (1) year. The winner will be required to waive any and all claims against the Sponsors for any loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the receipt or use of the prize. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and forfeit of prize.

6. How to Collect Prize: Each winner must provide RTV 6 with appropriate identification(Indiana’s Driver’s license or ID) and pick up prize within one week of winning at the RTV 6 Studios located at 1330 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Prizes can be mailed on request.

7. Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon number of eligible entries received.

8. Contest Conditions: The contestants and winners release the Sponsors, their respective owners, employees, agents and representatives as well their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury and/or property damage.

9. Disqualification: In the event that a winner fails to claim his or her prize on the day of the contest or fails to meet the eligibility requirements of the contest, the unawarded prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random.

10. Miscellaneous: Winner will be required to give The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. his/her social security number, legal name, age, current address, and phone number for tax record keeping purposes only.

11. Privacy: RTV 6 on occasion shares information collected about contestants included on the entry forms with other units within the family of The McGraw-Hill Companies whose products or service we feel may be of interest to you. 12. Disputes: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. Any dispute regarding the sweepstakes or these rules will be resolved by a panel of judges from The McGraw-Hills Companies, Inc. and their decision shall be final.
