You must agree to the rules in order to enter SYBARIS/THE INDYCHANNEL.COM GIVEAWAY

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve the chances of winning. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old to enter. Must be a resident of Indiana. Employees of WRTV 6, The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. ("The McGraw-Hill Companies"), IB (Internet Broadcasting) and Sybaris Pool Suites are not eligible (collectively, the "Sponsor(s)").
To Enter: Entrants must enter at www.theIndyChannel.com between 9 am EST on Monday, March 1st, 2010 through 4 pm EST, Monday, March 29th, 2010. One grand prize winning entry will be selected randomly on Tuesday, March 30th, 2010 from all the eligible submissions received. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Only one entry per person allowed.
Prizes: One winner will receive a one night romantic getaway for two at Sybaris Pool Suites at 5466 W. 86th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, featuring your own private swimming pool in suite with a cascading waterfall, soothing whirlpool tub, misting steam room, cozy fireplace, and relaxing massage chair. Prize includes the hotel accommodations for one night. Transportation, meals, and gratuities not included. Prize may be used on a Sunday through Thursday only and not valid for a Friday or Saturday stay. Total prize value is $329. Prize expires on and must be used by April 1st, 2011. Not valid after expiration.
Prize Conditions: Prizes are not redeemable for cash or substitutable for any other item by winner. Sponsor reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value for any prize, for any reason. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees, plus any other incidentals. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form prior to receipt of a prize acknowledging that The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. has the right to publicize his/her name and likeness, the fact that he/she has won the a certain prize and all matters incidental thereto without the payment of any compensation for a period of one (1) year. The winners will be required to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor for any loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the receipt or use of the prize. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and forfeit of prize.
How to Win: The winning entry will be selected at random. The winner must provide WRTV 6 with appropriate identification (Indiana Driver's License or photo ID) and pick up prize within 4 days of winning at the WRTV 6 Studios located at 1330 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. If winner is unable to pick up prize at the WRTV 6 studios, prize may be mailed out after acceptable confirmation of winner's qualifications, but WRTV 6 is not responsible for any lost prize.
Contest Conditions: The contestants and winners release the Sponsors, their respective owners, employees, agents and representatives as well their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury and/or property damage. Sponsors is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or Internet access failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed or incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions which may limit the ability to participate in this contest. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest or any part thereof should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, fairness or proper conduct of this contest, including terminating just one phase or portion of the promotion.
Disqualification: In the event that a winner fails to claim his or her prize on the day of the contest or fails to meet the eligibility requirements of the contest, the unawarded prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
Miscellaneous: Winner will be required to give The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. his/her social security number, legal name, age, current address, and phone number for tax record keeping purposes only.
Privacy: WRTV 6 on occasion shares information collected about contestants included on the entry forms with other units within the family of The McGraw-Hill Companies whose products or service we feel may be of interest to you. Disputes: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. Any dispute regarding the sweepstakes or these rules will be resolved by a panel of judges from The McGraw-Hills Companies, Inc. and their decision shall be final.
