Indianapolis Colts fans are eagerly snapping up anything that has an AFC Championship logo on it after the Colts earned a Super Bowl berth with a 38-34 win over New England at the RCA Dome.

AFC Championship garb sold out within a couple of hours Monday morning at an Indianapolis store, The Finish Line.

T-shirts commemorating the Colts' victory went for $20. They were printed in Indianapolis at Reebok's facility on the city's east side.

Deliveries started long before dawn. Just minutes after boxes were opened, fans were waiting to get their hands on the T-shirts.

The store opened cash registers early for Colts faithful who were waiting patiently outside.

Fan Melanie Heck was on her way to school, but stopped off to pick up a shirt.

"I'm definitely going to change into my T-shirt on the way," Heck said after making a purchase.

"I'm going to get some for my daughter and son and everybody that I know," said Michael Ward.

T-shirts were just one of the items flying off store shelves. Fans also bought anything blue and white, from jerseys to booties.

The store completely sold out of the AFC champs T-shirts two hours before it officially opened, proving that the road to the Super Bowl is paved with blue for fans, but green for merchants.

"Obviously, everyone is ecstatic about this. It's new, uncharted territory for everybody. So, from a business standpoint and from a fan standpoint, it's great for Indianapolis and The Finish Line," said Elise Hasbrook, a store representative.

More T-shirts were ordered but they had not yet arrived as of early Monday afternoon. AFC Championship hats were set to go on sale on Monday afternoon for $30.
