NCAA Game Summary - New Hampshire At Northern Iowa

Cedar Falls, IA -- (Sports Network) - Eric Sanders connected with Montari Leonard for a 24-yard touchdown pass with just seven seconds remaining to boost Northern Iowa to a 38-35 win over New Hampshire in the opening round of the FCS playoffs at the UNI-Dome. The Panthers (12-0), the top seed in the playoffs, drove 71 yards in the game's final 69 seconds and advance to a quarterfinal matchup with Delaware next Saturday. Scott Sicko caught a 16-yard TD pass from Ricky Santos with 10:44 left and Chad Kackert scored on a 15-yard run with 1:16 left to give the Wildcats (7-5) the lead until UNI drove for the winning score.
Kackert also scored on a 94-yard kickoff return. Santos, the reigning Payton Award winner, completed 26-of-35 passes for 251 yards with a pair of TDs. Corey Lewis rushed for 220 yards and three scores for UNI, while Sanders completed 27-of-36 passes for 314 yards and a touchdown.
