Stewart Will Drive No. 14 Car In First Season As Co-Owner

INDIANAPOLIS -- NASCAR driver and now team co-owner Tony Stewart has secured a car and several sponsors for next season, 6News' Sports Director Dave Furst reported.Next season will be the Columbus, Ind. native's first season as co-owner of Stewart HAAS racing.Stewart will drive the 14 car made famous by his racing hero, A.J. Foyt, Furst reported. He'll also drive Chevrolets sponsored by Old Spice and Office Depot.
Old Spice is a long-time Stewart sponsor, supporting his Nationwide Series races, while Office Depot will switch to Stewart from Carl Edwards' car.An official announcement will come Friday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.Stewart has yet to announce a teammate for next season, but reports have placed Purdue University graduate Ryan Newman at the top of that list.
