(Sports Network) - Martin Havlat's game-winning goal in the third period gave the Chicago Blackhawks a 3-1 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets in a Central Division battle from the United Center. Patrick Sharp netted his 17th goal of the season on a power play in the last minute of the second while Cristobal Huet stopped 31-of-32 shots to help Chicago match its longest winning streak of the season with its fourth straight victory. Duncan Keith had two assists while Brent Seabrook added an empty-net goal. The Blackhawks have won five of their last six overall, four straight at home and also notched four wins in a row from October 31 to November 9. Chicago next embarks on a three-game road trip that begins Tuesday in Edmonton. Fredrik Modin scored the lone goal for Columbus, which got 28 saves from Steve Mason in the loss, as the Blue Jackets had a modest two-game winning streak come to an end on the heels of a three-game slide.

Final Score: Anaheim 4, Minnesota 2

Anaheim, CA (Sports Network) - Brendan Morrison tallied the eventual game- winner in the second period as the Anaheim Ducks bested the Minnesota Wild, 4-2, at Honda Center. Ryan Getzlaf, Corey Perry, and Bobby Ryan also scored for the Ducks, who have won five straight at home and three of four overall. Jean-Sebastien Giguere stopped 26 shots in the victory. Chris Kunitz and Chris Pronger notched two assists apiece. Marc-Andre Bergeron and Eric Belanger tallied for Minnesota, which has dropped five straight for the first time since March 4-13 of last season. Josh Harding allowed four goals on 34 shots in the loss.

Final Score: Vancouver 5, Florida 3

Vancouver, BC (Sports Network) - Pavol Demitra scored twice and the Vancouver Canucks erased a two-goal deficit with five consecutive scores to down the Florida Panthers by a 5-3 final at General Motors Place. Ryan Kesler had a goal and an assist while Kyle Wellwood and Darcy Hordichuk also scored for Vancouver, which had dropped six of eight coming into Sunday having just ended its longest road trip of the season 2-4-1. Cory Schneider allowed three goals on 21 shots to get the win. The Canucks kicked off a four-game homestand with the win and are now 8-3-1 at GM Place this year. Jay Bouwmeester, Nick Boynton and Michael Frolik got the goals for Florida, which saw its three-game wining streak come to an end. Craig Anderson was victimized for five goals on 30 shots in the loss.
