INDIANAPOLIS -- After Sunday's loss to Houston, Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano said his team was so injured, it looked like a "mass unit" on the sidelines.
He also said he wasn't going to make excuses.
The problem was, he said both of those things in the same sentence.
On Monday night's Horseplay, RTV6's Dave Furst, Michael Grady and Brad Brown discussed the Colts' loss and the team's inability to put the Texans away late in the game.
The Colts were up by 14 points with about five minutes left in the game. The Texans scored two touchdowns, then won in overtime.
"This team isn't good enough to say 'Ah, we got them. We're good,'" Grady said.

"I would argue no one is that good in the NFL," Furst responded. "Maybe outside of the Patriots. ... I'd say 90 percent of the teams in the NFL have no business saying 'We're up 14, we got this.'"

They also discussed Pagano's "mass unit" comments, and how he walked back comments made a day earlier about the team's lack of a killer instinct.
