INDIANAPOLIS -- The Colts' acting quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is expected to practice this week following an injury in Sunday's game against the Steelers.
In a press conference Monday, Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano said Hasselbeck has a "sore, stiff neck and a rib separation," but was expected to practice Wednesday.
Hasselbeck has been the Colts' starting quarterback for most of the season, as primary QB Andrew Luck has been out with numerous injuries – most recently a lacerated kidney sustained in the game versus the Broncos.

Pagano said Monday he was "fairly confident" Hasselbeck should be recovered in time for the team's next game.
If Hasselbeck is determined unable to play, backup quarterback Charlie Whitehurst will have to step up. Whitehurst, affectionately known as "Clipboard Jesus," was signed by the team in November following Luck's injury.
The Colts' next game is Sunday, when they'll face divisional opponents the Jacksonville Jaguars in Florida.
