A Ferris wheel, mini race cars and bounce houses will transform Monument Circle into a free outdoor festival for families this weekend.The Chase 500 Festival Kids' Day will feature live entertainment, local mascots, educational games and prizes for future race car drivers from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.The centerpiece will be a 70-foot Ferris wheel on the north spoke of the Circle.Construction begins at 1 p.m. Friday and the Circle will be entirely closed to traffic at midnight.The festival also includes a friendly run for kids from 3 to 12 years old Saturday afternoon.The Circle is expected to reopen to traffic at 7 p.m. Saturday.
