Lazier lost control and hit the wall in Turn 2 in a one-vehicle crash with 78 laps to go for the fourth yellow flag of the day.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Buddy Lazier lost control and slid into the Turn 2 wall with 78 laps to go in the Indy 500.

Lazier spun around, and flew into the wall.

Lazier was taken to IU Health Hospital with complaints of mild chest discomfort.
