INDIANAPOLIS -- The temperatures are below freezing and snow may be snow on the ground, but that's not stopping some from thinking about the Indianapolis 500 in May.
J. Douglas Boles, the president of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, posted a video of himself driving a Chevy Tahoe around the speedway Wednesday night.
The sunset and snow made for a beautiful scene as Boles slowly drove around the track. He went about 30 mph while answering questions from fans.
"It's snowing -- you gotta be safe out here," he said. "I have insurance companies and lawyers to report to. I have to be a little safe."
Boles also gave updates on how preparations are going for the 2017 Indianapolis 500.
He said ticket sales for the 2017 race are "really strong."
