Pippa just barely backs into the Turn 4 wall. She climbed out...ok. Nice job by those around her not to get collected. #Indy500 #CarbDay

According to Paddock Insider, Mann was checked out and cleared from the infield medical care center.
Tough end to our Carb Day there. 100% my fault. I was looking for clean air down low and got loose. #IndyCar #Indy500

Good news: damage is pretty limited for an oval crash, the @DaleCoyneRacing boys are amazing, and we will have a great race car come Sunday.

Mann also spun out during Indy 500 qualifying last weekend.
