An Indiana University football player has been arrested after a prank involving a water balloon.
Blake Powers, 22, was arrested on Monday after he threw a water balloon from one car into another, hitting an off-duty IU police officer in his personal vehicle, police said.
Powers was booked and later released on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery.
He is a senior and former starting quarterback for the Hoosiers. Currently, Powers is a second-string tight end.
