Report: Hansbrough signs with Toronto Raptors

INDIANAPOLIS - The Toronto Raptors have put together a contract with Indiana Pacers forward Tyler Hansbrough, a source told ESPN.

Wednesday is the first day that teams can sign players, with the lifting of the league's annual moratorium on player business, ESPN reported.

Hansbrough became an unrestricted free agent this month after the Pacers reached a three-year, $36 million deal with David West.

Hansbrough, who played college basketball at North Carolina, was a first round draft pick in 2009.

Over his career, he has averaged 8.9 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.

The Pacers have a news conference at 1 p.m. Wednesday to announce free agent signings.
